A pleasant citrus aroma and taste thanks to the hops. However, the hop presence didn’t overpower the rest of the beer resulting in a light, refreshing pilsner.

Beer Type: American Pale Ale
Freshness – think Lemon and a distinct flavour of lemon myrtle; Rounded malty notes – think biscuity, cookie-like malts
Malts: Traditional Ale, Caramunich I, Wheat, Carapils
ABV: 6.0% IBU: 37
Hop Notch NEIPA.
Beer Type: New England IPA
An elegant NEIPA with a vibrant hop presence from both Aussie and US hops. With a full smooth body, the late hop additions bring low bitterness and intense tropical fruit flavours. Hop notch quality!
Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Oats, Wheat, Light Crystal
Hops: Mosaic, Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, Simcoe
Yeast: Opshaug Farmhouse Yeast
ABV: 4.9% IBU: 28
Beer Type: Sweet Stout
This rich dark beer was made by reacting dark grains, vanilla beans, lactose, and hops to achieve an equilibrium of bitter roasted malts with a smooth sweet vanilla aftertaste.
Malts: Pale, Oats, Chocolate Malt, Crystal, Black Malt
