Carlton & United Brewery Tour

This September, BrewLab went on an epic tour of the Carlton and United Brewery in Abbotsford. From the iconic vats to the hoppy aromas in the bottling hall, we got a behind-the-scenes look at how some of Australia’s most famous beers come to life. The highlight? Sampling the freshest pours straight from the source. Thanks to everyone who joined! we learned, laughed, and maybe even picked up a trick or two for our own brews.

NEW KEG SCALE

Exciting news from the design sub-team! We’ve just completed the prototype of a brand-new keg scale, making measuring and monitoring our beers smoother than ever. No more guesswork! this high-precision tool ensures every batch hits the bar exactly as intended. The kegs are happier, the brewers are happier, and the beers? Well… you’ll be the judge!

CURRENT BREWS

A showcase of some of BrewLab's latest creations

This month, we brewed a NEIPA bursting with tropical mango flavors. It is juicy, aromatic, and hazy perfection in a glass. For fans of something crisp and clean, we also brewed a classic lager with a smooth malt backbone and a refreshing finish.

BREWING COMPETITION

Our brewing competition is heating up! Teams have been busy crafting their signature styles, experimenting with flavors, and pushing creativity to the limit. The grand finale will be part of our BrewLab Launch Night, where both judges and members will have the pleasure of tasting and voting for the winning brew. Excitement is brewing, literally!
